This report provides a clear overview of the status of working conditions in 31 European countries. The report provides valuable insights into how employees experience their conditions in several areas: organization, working hours, opportunities, training, health, job satisfaction and working conditions.

Because this study is held every five years, it gives a good picture of the critical factors and changes over the years. This report contributes to new insights in and more knowledge about things that have to be done to make the working conditions in Europe future-proof.
